Do you really not know the difference between "government" and "elections"? You need elections to form a government, just as you (usually) need to have sex to produce a baby, but they are separate concepts. And I was talking about top-down v. bottom-up governments, not elections. Maybe you should segue less abruptly. Your list of "wise-asses" appears to be growing. Pretty soon you won't have anyone to talk to, except on the echo-chamber threads.
