Thought I'd get some interesting replies. And I'm not disappointed...)

This is an investment thread where political issues, although germane, are tangential.

Regular readers, here, knows from numerous recent posts, that I've concentrated my investments in natural gas. I don't own any coal investments.

My post was simply put up to garner some thoughtful feedback not start a fight. I'm not angry with you. Just trying to clarify where I am coming from, in a spirit of good fellowship and to avoid any further misunderstanding.

All the best,

Isopatch

Wow Sam - every country in the world is trying to "cut from their energy proflle". Really?

eia.gov

They may be trying to add to their fuel mix - but they ARE NOT cutting coal FROM their energy profile.

If - emphasis on if - AGW is real - then it is going to happen.
