Not to mention the 8 million is the not the number required to pay in the first place - medicare etc. The admin is too scared to publish useful numbers like X required to pay and Y have paid. They claim these numbers are difficult to obtain - yeah right - how can you possibly manage an insurance system if you don't know the numbers.
