You are correct. I was as bit over joyed with the news. MS now has to play the game by the rules or at least cheat better and the DOJ can't be bought or bullied and is on their case finally. I noticed that MS spin doctors are letting up on the DOJ. Hmm could they be scared? Ralph isn't happy with the ruling.
