This particular line reminds me of a joke I heard on the radio and a great practical joke to play on a friend. I was on a date recently, and the guy took me horseback riding. That was kind of fun, until we ran out of quarters. - Susie Loucks One person approaches another and says to a friend, "Did you hear (whoever) fell off of a horse and broke his leg?" (BTW, one of the requirements is that niether person has seen the third party in a long time) The other fellow says something to the effect of, "Oh yeah, how did that happen," where as the first person lauches into the following: "Well, ______, was out horseback riding the other day and was bucked off, but unfortunately, he managed to get his foot caught in one of the stirrups. The horse drug him for quite a ways, thought the damn thing was going to kill him." "So how did ______ get out of it?" "Well, luckily, the Walmart manager saw what was happening and came out and turned the machine off" Anyway, it was something like that. It can be rather fun to watch the prey get into the story and then watch their face when ya deliver the punch line.
