They are already paying for it. They are just not taking the benefits. They have to pay for it whether they use it or not. And it is free for 3 years and then only 10% for the next 3/6? years and they can drop it any time after that.

So the dem states who all take it, their residents get the benefits that the red states are already paying for.

What the red states are doing is pure mean and stupid.

It is law upheld by the supreme court. So it is stupid and heartless for a state not to take it.

But no one ever accused a Republican of having a heart, or really caring about other people.

Nothing is free, certainly not health care. We're paying through the nose for Medicaid. In my small state, it was breaking the bank to begin with. In most states (if not all) it is single largest expense. The other 90% is being dumped on future generations by a lot of inconsiderate, immoral bastards. At the end of the day, not a single state can afford it.
