No, just from a recent high.

RTRX having a decent day thus far today, up 4% and showing signs of attracting the still-standing among momo crowd.

Question.... we all love CEOs who buy shares on the open market. But if he loved it at 22, what's wrong with it at 11?

finance.yahoo.com

Shkreli has made it obvious that he believes that he can steal some of the NASH market. I feel, however, that it's more likely that ICPT's molecule will be used for cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis off-label. That is, rather than RTRX stealing lunch from ICPT et al., I feel that ICPT stands a better chance of making the Manchester buy look bad..... that the cash raised in the recent secondary has perhaps been largely wasted.

Hoping that I'm wrong, and would love to hear from anyone who believes that the share price will recover and why it will do such. Anybody have a view/analysis to share?

Thanks for the tickler, I'll check twitter for indications of hope.

Hey, Rocky! My thought about intercept and off-label undermining of the XC market has obviously taken a dent. Peter mentioned it in the valuation thread, and it's not news to you, but felt that I should comment here. Good for my book.... like many here, I own a little rtrx.

My prediction is looking a little shaky.

Other stuff....

1. I mentioned benitec.... they got some bad EU patent news yesterday. Release is at their website, if anyone is interested. Thanks for pointer from Dirk Haussecker.

2. We've heard from the directors at East Bay College Fund and UTEC, but we don't always get to hear directly from a fund's director about the good to which our donations contribute. After the 5K a couple of weeks ago?? I spoke with "Dr. Dan", who had updated the crowd re. recent accomplishments at J.F. Kapnek. He said that my win many years ago "continues to reverberate", that there are some who still contribute every year (thank you!). In particular, he mentioned rkrw and said "I send him a thank-you note, and he sends another check!"

:-)
