You know meat head you sure throw that word liar around. Has it ever occurred ot you that sometimes people make mistakes? If it is still there then I was mistaken about prop 13, but I didn't lie; and I told the fellow to ask Wharfrat who knows more about it than I. And he tells a much different story than you and I have found he knows a hell of a lot more than you. And is certainly a nicer person than you. You don't even know that difference between a mistake and a lie. I thought they had repealed prop 13! You are sort of a despicable person. <<You're a liar. Prop 13 is still alive.
