Hi Joan: I agree with your comments. I think we both are going after the same type of damaged stocks. I have a good deal of work to do over the next couple of weeks. My selection so far, which only includes the dead or dying, took a miserable beating this week. In a bear market, even after death, there is still more death to come. I just hope they get pumped up a bit in the next rally so I can savage them next month. So far, I think we have been seeing some of the excesses in pricing being worked off of some of these stocks. I don't think we have seen the real punishment due to bad operating results yet. I think they are now being punished for disappointing very high expectations. Maybe the worst is yet to come.
