Thanks for your input. I'll draft a letter and post it here. I'd suggest that whoever agrees should copy the letter and send it in their own name (with whatever changes they deem appropriate). That way, both NASDAQ and the SEC can assess the magnitude of the concern.

I'm not going to make baseless accusations. I'm just going to express concern and ask for close tracking of the current MMs, and that they be replaced if conditions warrent it.
