Do you think we don't have teen pregnancy and all the other problems associated with young girls getting involved with sex. I think it would be fair to say Arkansas and other states have more than our share of problem children. Trust me, they are not the same. When I moved from MN to CA, I was surprised how the kids were in CA. They were much more advanced [and not in a good way] then kids in MN. By the time I left CA, I figured all kids were like CA kids. Much to my surprise, the kids here in WA state were not nearly as advanced. And its nice. Kids in CA......at least in S CA.............grow up way too fast. IMO. And Lewinsky grew up in the segment of the kid population that was most advanced.........West LA.
