They didn't. Those "libtards" in MA legitimately want greener cleaner energy. The Koch bros just want to protect their dirty profits. Black lungs, acid rain, mercury, polluting coal mining, etc., etc... cue the claims about solar pv/wind tubine manufacturing pollution, bird kills, and pilots colliding with windmills...
