The reason I am optimistic long term is that I have seen buyers come in lately in 50K and 25K blocks, but as Dave O. has stated there still could be some institutions selling, but if a manager is buying 50K for his fund, he must had did some research(info small investors like us may not be privy too) and saw what he liked, thats why I say, "Follow the smart money", ...if you are in at 13 1/2, I would seriously consider averaging down in the near future, SIII will surely rebound, but it may be in the $8-$10 range in 1998.
