I don't believe your scam would work... The Haida were bilked out of $2.6 million (not $35k as you claimed). There's no proof that that little experiment had any impact on salmon populations. For one thing, the salmon have a migration route that doesn't intersect that bloom. Another thing, the nos of salmon ending up growing to adults is more strongly related to the no of parents that spawned them. So keep on selling that pipe dream or kool aide. It fits in well with tea bagger/libertarian ideology. If denial fails, then turn it into some commercial venture.
