Two things about Iraq Bush should have known:

1) Iraq was our counter force to Iran as Sadam was Sunni and Iran is Shia.

2) When he forced the Sunnie to step down and put the Shia in power they were not going to get along, there was going to be tribal war, with the Shia getting vengeance on the sunnie for torturing them. They have death squads looking for Sunni, so over 2 million sunni have left the country.

Now Iran and Iraq are best buds. Both Shia and tribal loyalty trumps all!
