incredible....you are a very good researcher. Many could find those, but few could condense and apply the elements as you have.

A few possible additions to your chronology:

1-22 Shareholders awake to find out their stock has zipped up to $3.00. Moshova (wink) receives call from Morgan on car phone. There was a reverse spilt but "it wasn't supposed to happen this way" He's on the way to office to do the press release.

1-29 Morgan, the quarterback, over drinks tells Moshova (wink), tight end, regarding the reverse split "someone dropped the ball"

mike, the funny thing is that these "investors" think they've done dd. they didn't due dd. others did dd on them. imho. except it stands for "dully duped."

but hey, some more time to sell, i guess, before the true believers figure out what is going on.

hey, i bet you a dinner that the $10 million doesn't show up as scheduled :-)

Mike,

Very nice summary of OVIS/RMIL. While the rest of you call and chat with the company or chase down the true status of operations(a noble and expensive exercise), I remain content to base my naysaying opinion on available press releases and the history of company managemnt.

This summary should be mandatory reading for anyone looking at this company and its track record.

While you're all focusing on the past 5 months, you need to look at the past two years for a truer picture.

Regards,

Ron
