I made NO INQUIRY ABOUT DVBC or MORK!!! in fact, my initial contact with the NASD was to get my certs!!! The woman you spoke with today forwarded my request to the SEC. The letter I rec'd stated that my "correspondence concerning DVBC" was "deferred" to the SEC. I called the NASD back to inform them that my complaint was because of my long wait for certs, NOT DEMPSEY MORK!!! The woman you spoke to today, who I just spoke w/ tonight is aware of that! She then refered me to the SEC attorney, who I , again, told that my complaint was about long certificate waits, NOT DEMPSEY MORK!!! She informed me that they were investigating , but would not tell me any particulars. I can supply you w/ her name & #, but I will not mention her name on the internet. I was also informed about what course to take towards a broker slamming a stock on the internet. I will follow thru w/ that. That is all I will say on the subject, you are aware that they don't like being mentioned on the internet.<eom>
