<< higher availability of the high margin Startac phone from MOT which
is making the 1st qtr of 1998 stronger than expected....>>

MOT TOTALLY missed the boat on digital CDMA phones. I guess
whoever in MOT made decision not to roll out CDMA quickly may have
been fired. But I believe MOT CDMA phones will catch up very quickly
in 1Q 1998.

In addition, keep an eye on Taiwan's new PCS carriers. They are going
to have a blow-out December and 1Q 1998 when at least two carriers,
HO-Sing? and Pacific, are operational.

mr. Tribble:

You are a most unpleasant man and because Mr. Pink is compassionate to those inadequate individuals such as yourself. Mr. Tribble, you live in a fools paradise. You believe the lies that management spews out like so much vomit and lick it up, as it were, as if it were truth.

Aren't you concerned about the bloating inventories, rising receivables, surging payables. What about the fact that sg&a has remained flat. The earnings, friend, are as substantial as the breeze that blows between your ears.

Look at the bright side, when you do get around to selling, you won't have to pay any taxes.

Let the better man win.

The market shall decide.

Yours sincerely,

Mr. pink

P.s. FYI Mr. pink manages in excess of $100 million of his own and client money. While he agrees that this is not a substantial amount, he is certain that it exceeds anything you will ever come close to. As he runs a hedge fund with a 20% of profits incentive fee, he would be quite happy to regularly generate 30% on his short term trades, event if he had to pay taxes. (half his funds are managed for offshore investors and thus no taxes are paid). If you want to see gloating wait till clst becomes a teenager. He is going to throw a party!@!!
