~187,000 of both VSGN & BORL traded @ 1545. Trades near low of day. Both subsequently moved up. Could interested big player be trying to pick up BORL without, arousing too much interest, by playing both stocks.(See Quote Com Charts).

I think this is more likely some sort of arbitrage play. Someone also suggested to me that since Borland subsequently moved up (and given that VSGN is tied to Borland) that this is actually an exit from an arbitrage play. If it is an exit, then why?
