The Washington officials want the license to state clearly on its face "that it is not acceptable for official federal purposes" and to have a design or color that differentiates it at a glance from other licenses. Maryland has the disclaimer on the top but no design or color differences. MD gave out over 100,000-1000000 in 2009-10 that have no disclaimers, illegals came from all over the country to get them, you could use them to get on airplanes, into gov buildings etc. democrats are traitors
