NANs drilling has only occurred in 2012 and 2013 which and the 2012 drilling was a whopping 9 holes spread over a 400 sq km area. They were drilling Aeromag anomalies which they also did for good part of the 2013 season. It was during this exploratory drilling that they discovered the Imiak Hill complex and began to focus on that area. Interesting to note that this paragraph from Aug 23 2013 news release says

The MQ-13-026 intersection occurs 142 to 159 m vertically below surface and is currently the deepest at Imiak, which suggests that the intensity of sulphide mineralization in the noritic host rock is increasing with depth. The hole was surveyed with a 3 component bore hole EM (BHEM) system and the mineralization produced an extremely strong "step response" type of anomaly. Interpretation by Crone Geophysics and Exploration Ltd. indicates that the mineralization continues down plunge.
To date NAN has only drilled shallow holes and that is why they called in Crones to do the Deep EM survey. The grade in some of NANs holes are actually higher then Voisey bay grades were as far as Nickel goes. Voisey had higher copper values but NAN has PGMs present which it would not take much of to add some real value per ton of ore.
Grade is not really what it is all about at an rate , what NAN needs to explode share price wise is some longer intervals in the 50 meter range or so. If the paragraph above is correct and the Crones Deep EM survey they are just wrapping up shows them where to find that deeper mineralization 50 meter intercepts will come fast and furious.
If the geological concept that the NAN geos have theorized exist at Imiak Hill is correct and the main feeder pod that has fed the stringer zones they have traced for an area of 1 1/2 kms is the source of these ore shoots this will be Voisey Bay 2. Also Nan has barely scratched the surface on its property with over 100 EM anomalies to investigate.
I am still buying and have a bid sitting now , what someone with a personal vendetta has to say about any of my plays is completely irrelevant to me.
PS CTT is only just starting to wake up. Keep in mind they are all permitted and ready to drill that GGB property. As soon as the T/O by INL is completed they will roll a rig on to that property and then the fun will begin.

I see Red has taken to childish bashing campaign on NAN on his thread which I banned myself from. I hate to bring his garbage here but I feel it necessary to let fellow NAN thread readers know that Red is really only bashing NAN because I dont hide the fact it is my biggest holding and he is trying to appease his bruised ego from this post he received from me after I finally sickened of his B.S. This will be my one and only post re Red and his pump and dump , basher mentality. This post is why Red is bashing on NAN....I stand behind every word of it and his antics today only prove what I posted a week ago.

Voisey wasn't a sure thing right away and Maniitsoq isn't a sure thing yet either.

Only drilling and building tonnage can make a sure thing. That's why NAN got Crone to take a look with the best technology available.

I believe NAN has one of the best chances to become a sure thing that I've seen in the last 20 years but it ain't there yet.

As far as Red, he's made some valid points, but Red has a tendency to have more than one agenda when he discusses a stock. NAN has been much easier for me to figure out than Red and I've followed Red since 1997.
