Koan, Instead of putting hundreds of millions/billions into drones, put it to into educating the girls and you will combat the Taliban much more that way. Well of course we need to educate the girls. But the savages are going to react extremely negatively toward that. Gotta give the girls security until these savages are no longer a threat. Because in the end, these savages aren't going to be deterred by girls knowing algebra. They're going to be deterred by free nations fighting for what's right.
