I'd be a lot happier if say, we had a law that said the CEO of a corporation, as the actual human at the head of the corporation, bore all the legal consequences of corporate action, as an ordinary person would. Not all the monetary responsibilities, but the punishment that would be dealt to a human lawbreaker, if the corporation were to break the law.

I think that would end a LOT of sketchy practices by corporations. China seems ahead of us on this.

As the law works now, the corporation pays a fine, cost of doing business, nothing to see here, let's move along.

It ain't RIGHT.

Money = speech? The people with the most money get the speech. The people with no money are voiceless.

It ain't RIGHT.
