It will, but it will be much smaller and the promises made the union members and the people who live there will not be kept. Very much like post-Katrina New Orleans.

In fact, there is not that much difference between the damage done by years of Democrat/union rule and the worst imaginable hurricane followed by the worst imaginable flood, except one is man made and the other is an act of God.
