What's interesting about the reverse split was that no one knew about the 13,100,000 Reg-S offering, or the 1,500,000 shares issued to management. Morgan made a statement that there were 809,000 shares outstanding on 1-23-97. That meant there were 24,270,000 shares pre split. No one knew that either. But a new symbol change seemed to put that all in the past, a bit more deja vu. There was a ton of selling just befor the split.

But that didn't matter much (more deja vu) because Morgan was predicting $12 million in sales due to their 6.6 million new order.
