In other cases, the agency was required to release immigrants because of court decisions, including a 2001 Supreme Court ruling that found immigrants whose home countries refused to take them back could not be held for more than six months.

ICE said 75 percent of the convicted murderers released in 2013 were considered “mandatory releases” in compliance with court decisions.

....here we go again........it just goes on and on......the STATE DEPARTMENT (HILLARY CLINTON) would not force these countries to repatriate these convicted criminals. These countries don't want them......Clinton is incompetent at getting them sent back.....and so these convicted criminals are let go to prey on innocent Americans. Hence the 73 year old grandmother murdered not 40 miles north of me in 2012 by convicted 2nd degree sex offender and Bangladeshi national RELEASED 6 months after completing his sentence when Bangladesh refused to take him back. Among other things, Clinton could be DEVASTATED with this fiasco in debate. Pressed mercilessly, I think Clinton would implode right on TV.........amid loud cheers from the audience.. I DESPISE this woman.
