Obama's plan was poorly thought out an the arrogance of his administration when confronted with this plan demonstrated to those of us in the industry that employment was not an issue with Obama. He had a surfacing program instead of an earth moving program which would have significantly increased jobs. Our infrastructure continues to decline. The country has been without sufficient funding or a plan for many years. I doubt he will lead on this and accomplish anything, we shall see.
