Only the best if you are rich or get it somewhere. Not the best for the millions without it. But that concept is way too complicated for you. If you are middle class or poor you will do better in any of the other western countries that have universal health care. And certainly Canada.

That is such a foolish thing to say. Was it the markets that gave us democracy and habeas corpus, defeated Hitler, or built the interstate highway system, or the public school system or our emergency medical systems?
