Paul, When you throw MSFT into the picture I can't talk with much knowledge. Lower prices for the consumer, but after reading "hard drive" i did question Bills ethics. I was a bit suprised from reading Intel Inside also, but will say it is managements job to maximize the wealth for the shareholders, and there can be grey lines. If DOJ doesn't like it, they can take action. Guess management wouldn't be doing their job if they didn't sprint down the field right up against the side lines at times. I plead total ignorance here....doesn't Unix run on Intel servers? Lee
