All of civilization is a man-made problem. Miami won't drown because the sea is rising; it will drown cuz we built it. Calgary flooded last year not cuz of more severe rain events, but because we built it. Lake Mead is drying up not because of drought, but because we built it. Farmers in the Valley are without water in "their" aquaducts not because of drought, but because we built aquaducts and reservoirs for them. AGW is also a man made problem, not because the planet sequestered carbon, but because we released the carbon beast. We put the "A" in AGW.
