Regarding e-mail, I got responses from Unisys, Novell, Dell and a couple of others. Shiva was the only one that did not respond. If companies don't like to put things in writing, why do they provide an option to communicate with IR via e-mail? Regarding the surge in demand for concentrators due to the 56K standard, I think you are correct. I read an article in one of the trade magazines which discussed the slowdown in the networking/communications sector due to the lack of 56K standard. Ed
