Yes. We take a net loss in the country's productivity but it is a justifiable expenditure because we have to do it to remain safe.

It is the same bull we got on the sequester -- it'll kill the economy. Like hell; GAO ends up saying, "Well, it didn't cost JOBS, it cost A JOB".

We could cut defense, too -- but the big dollars are going into this insane social welfare state.
