I am not sure but I would say climate changes every day. Tell Kenny if the temperature this year isn't as warm or higher than 2010 doesn't that mean there must be global cooling? For if there was in fact global warming you would think the temperature by now would surely be higher than 2010. If the temperature is lower that is cooling, is it not?
