Dennis, The Cove Point updates are priceless. Thank you. If you remember, a while back I said the opposition strategy will simply be endless litigation. I also think I need to change my tag for the opposition from loony to subversive. They are not loony as they are cunning to the extreme. Ergo another modifier is necessary. Subversive, economically destructive, "let them eat cake liberals"? I need to think about it some.
