Huge FCF generator and now that VZ owns the VOD private VZ shares, it's a pure play. I think Buffet found that attractive and the 4% dividend was nice too.

It will be interesting to see if VZ stays w/ their move to expand their geographical footprint rather than explore the media and/or internet side.

I own a few shares as well as the new VOD. I also own T but if they do a deal for Direct TV, I may just sell all those shares and put them into more VZ. T lost their way in the emerging digital technologies. Remember at one time T owned Comcast. If you look at how VZ managed their growth over the same timeline, they have built a very robust service business.
