Kelly, that is most certainly NOT the question. The anti-Microsoft camp's argument is that Microsoft's product may be worse than that of its competition, but the consumer will choose the one that offers the path of least resistance (already installed on the computer; works with more "Brand X-enabled" web pages; "Recommended" for use with Windows; impossible to remove, Alien-like, without destroying your system).

It's kind of like that e-mail I keep receiving that was funny only the first 50 times my friends sent it to me (paraphrased):

If Apple made a car, it would run on solar power, never need maintenance, and drive 500 miles per hour...... but it would run on only 10% of the roads.
