Private here is vague. It can mean not open to the general public (in which case air force bases might be private, but of course that isn't what we are talking about here. It can mean not directly and totally government owned (in which case there are major private airports). It can mean not at all owned by government, or not largely financed by governments (in which case most major airports are not private). Jesus if you'd just once write a clear, concise post it might be worth reading. Brevity man, it's the key to good writing. "(...)" partial, as above, or in full just make you look befuddled, especially when stating the obvious.
