You don't need to defrag every day. Once a month is probably ok. Cut back to once a week and observe how fragged it is and how long it takes. Then do it less often. IMO. "

Thanks for the advice.

It takes me less than 10 seconds to get to the Disk Defragmenter and click on Defragment disk.
Then I just minimize it and go about what I am doing, and never need to look at it again.

Is there any reason not to do this daily?
