Hobby Lobby is one example. More generally the law, regulations, and decrees by the administration have all sorts of mandates and controls, many of which are totally unnecessary even if you think the basic idea of the PPACA is a wonderful thing. The law itself is heavily restricted, but the administration has treated it as their own ability to do or order just about anything they want in controlling health insurance, not just where the law grants them authority but even when it doesn't.
