Not all of these large screen phones are high-end, so I would put them outside Apple's addressable market. In fact, if you look at the share figures Canalys provides in their PR, the number of large screen smartphones that retailed for over $500 was equal to the number of 5C and 5S's that shipped in the March quarter-- I'd guess 35 million. I think a large percentage of those 35 million (mostly Samsungs) would be susceptible to a large screened iPhone 6, but most of the cheaper large screened phones would not.
