Here probably the most bullish survey I've seen to date on E-Commerce.

Now I thought I had this all figured out.........but this is getting pretty confusing.

IBM is in E-Commerce, providing Electronic Commerce Products & Solutions. Along with MicroSoft, Pandesic, GTE, CyberSource, Checkfree, HP, Cisco, Intel......and a big bunch more.

And Checkfree is in the processing end of the business Along with American Express, First Data Corp, First USA/Paymentech, MSFDC, Global Payment Systems, National Processing Co., ect. ect... Moving Cash.

So in a way they may be partners.......and then again they may compete in certian areas of the E-Commerce Universe. There's no limit on this E-Commerce thing as to how many sides of the fence a company is on.

But there is one thing I understand......a contract is a contract. And in this game.......you want as many as you can get.

Like they said in the last confrence call...you can judge how we are doing by the number of billers they put under contract.
