The company has accepted the repudiation and the former VP is no longer employed by the company, effective immediately. The company is actively recruiting potential candidates to serve as VP, exploration, concurrent with its normal course of business of advancing its core properties by an array of internal and external professionals. The company also announced that discussions concerning a potential transaction with NexGen Energy Ltd. have terminated due to a breach of a contractual obligation by NexGen. The company is considering its legal rights and options for recourse in connection with the improper actions taken by each of the former VP and NexGen.
