Gene M. Be careful here. You did us a service and we appreciate that. But we have collectively been doing DD on this Co. for months. Our problem was simply that we could not get what we considered accurate information from the horses mouth. I will grant that one of us could have flown to Florida and checked it out. Maybe we should have. Everything we could gather, at least from my perspective was a contradiction. That exacerbated the problem. Good? Bad? Somewhere in between? Who knows? We all knew, after the fact, that the first financial deal was a Reg. S. We still could not, to my knowledge, get really accurate information on this last deal. But we surmised that the company must have given up a lot, probably in stock, to secure the money. We knew they had their backs to wall. My question for the last two weeks has been, where are all these shares coming from? Who in there right mind would be selling at these prices unless they were taking a writeoff for 1997. But that should have dried up by now. I should also point out that my buy order was in before you posted your information. I have already stated that my purchase today was not a prudent one but an impulsive one. I also agree about the calling of certs but often that is an exercise in futility. Finally, Art C. and Archie P. I thank you for work you did in trying to ferret out information. Obviously I have no idea how this will turn out. I have no idea who is, or who is not telling the truth. At this point it really doesn't matter. I don't know Gene, whether you are telling the truth. I will assume that you are, because I have no reason to believe otherwise. But can I verify it? No! You say Baker told you the financials have been submitted? Do you believe him? We've been told that before. See what I mean. Well, the dice have been rolled. 7 or 11? Who knows? One thing is certain. They will not land on edge. Gosh this fun. 60 more days I'll be in Naples for ten days of golf. I should fly down a day early and visit UMSI. Will they still be there? Gene M--- Thanks Again Regards, HG
