Well, borrowing from the Hertz commercial, I've posted the update
on the Dow 89 & 97 chart and called it

"Not Exactly."

The similarity, though, remains in tact. Let's see what the rest
of the week brings.

You all know by now I'm a believer in wedge formations.
With that in Mind, I posted a weekly continuation chart
of the T-Bond futures.

This rising wedge portends trouble ahead...perhaps the middle
of January, 1998. That also coincides with Bonds' seasonal
tendencies. Intermediate tops are often made early in a new
year.

It should be watched.

The chart is called "Bond Alert."
