But we already know that CBO has projected an increased minimum wage to the level the President was asking for would result in 500K or more jobs lost, on a net basis.

Then we are at a stalemate. R pols and pundits tell us we are in a welfare state and the CBO says we can't raise the minimum wage. WTF are we to do?
