The other 10 team members are all highly experienced, and skilled, large and small group managers. They are used to deploying into problem areas and solving the problems. I believe that one SF A Team...any A Team...could fix the VA's problem quickly. Give the team a little authority, and one typical VA facility to study and work on, and they will have it up and running like a Rolex in 6 months.
