Attorneys (particularly those for insurance companies in desperate financial circumstances) would NEVER file a frivolous suit, would they?

I think they should sue ALASKA for allowing oil to be pumped there. And all the current and former state officials ..... hey, that would include koan .... should be held financially responsible for rising sea levels and every drought and fire and mudslide that ever occurs in California. Sue koan's ass off. Seize his rental property and make him live out his remaining years dealing blackjack at a casino.
