Joan: Speaking of 'bottoms'; whats your gut say about ADBE ? Friday I got back into ADBE $35 and sold covered calls Dec35 because I think she might be tentative for the next 5 days. The covered call contract expires in just 5 days; do I stand a chance of not being 'called' ? Do you think ADBE will report year end earnings next week ? BTW: If you look at Macromedia (MACR) and MetaCreations (MCRE) they are significantly dropping too. But they don't report 'till Jan '98 at the earliest, unless they pre-announce. Sooooo, it looks like ADBE has to be the first to shed light on the Asian influence with regards to graphics software, Since ADBE has already once pre-announced somewhat lower than expected 4th qtr results do you then speculate that since ADBE hasn't again pre-announced any as yet Asian impact that ADBE shares will be ok ?
