No I couldn't, other than to say they were in very decent shape and doing very well --- as per the last Q they filed prior to reregistration of shares with SEC.

I had another company once that preregistered their shares prior to a strong uptick in their business and they just told me flat out: we dont want to report because we dont want our competition to know all the details of our business.
