Can't get more pissed. I listened to most of the CC. It seems the FDA wanted info about the alleviation of pain, bleeding etc which the company never tested for. They tried to manipulate their Phase II data to meet FDA requests and failed. There was a hint of something when they said they thought CR in 50% meant that their pain was alleviated, but the FDA didn't buy.

Their explanation for the May 16/May 21 fiasco was not strong. In fact, it was weak.

They claim they will work with the NYSE to stay listed.

Before you rant more
Something I'd like to point out. Seems odd that they would ignore FDA instruction four times then pursue btd. Use common sense. They would have followed advice from the start. FDA delayed this more and hung them out to dry in my opinion. To think otherwise is asinine. To go against FDA guidance is suicidal and I do not think they are dumb. Somebody high up wants this delayed or shut down plain as the nose on your face.
